What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), listings and applications you create, messages you send on the platform, and basic technical data such as your IP address and device for security and reliability.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace — show listings, route applications and messages between landlords and tenants, secure accounts, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see what
Listings and the landlord's public profile are visible to anyone browsing. Your contact details are shared only when you choose to reveal them or apply/message. Applications are visible to the landlord of the room you applied to. Messages are visible only to the two people in a conversation.
Service providers
We use Supabase for our database, authentication, file storage, and realtime messaging. Data is processed on their infrastructure under their security terms.
We do not sell or share your personal information
Unido does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have no advertising trackers and no data partners. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing for you to opt out of — but if that ever changes, we will say so here first and provide the opt-out California law requires.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nidobuild@gmail.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Your choices
You can edit your profile or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing nidobuild@gmail.com.
